The firm is led by Advocate R P Singh, an advocate having extensive experience in Civil, Criminal, Tax & Commercial Laws. He is an expert in Corporate Criminal Prosecution matters such as GST, Customs, FEMA, PMLA, & Income Tax. He understands the court craft very well & loves to appear before the Hon’ble Courts all over India. He has appeared before several Hon’ble High Courts of India such as Delhi High Court, Uttarakhand High Court, Rajasthan High Court, Allahabad High Court, Telangana High Court & Patna High Court. He is an advocate, an avid researcher & also a writer. He has written various useful articles which have been published in various renowned journals in India.
